Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains which personal data Selçuk Aker ("we"), who operates the dijilab.app website (the "Site"), collects from visitors, from people who open an account and from people who place an order, and for what purpose.
1. Data We Collect
If you only browse the Site we do not ask you for any personal data. Apart from the cookies the site needs to work, statistics cookies run only with your explicit consent; if you decline, none of them are loaded.
When you open an account we collect your name, your email address and, if you provide one, your telephone number. Your password is not stored in plain text; only an irreversible hash of it is kept.
When you place an order, the order items, the amount and the date are recorded against your account.
When you fill in the custom software request form we collect your name, your email address, your telephone number, the sector and requirement headings you select and the description you write.
When you leave a review we collect your name, your email address, your rating and the text of your review. Your email address is not shown in the published review.
If you arrived through an invite link, a cookie storing the invite code is written in your browser for 30 days. Your cart is also kept only in your browser and is not sent to the server.
2. How We Use the Data
Your account and order details are used to create your order, to contact you about the payment method and the setup, and to run your membership and any membership discount.
Your form and review details are used only to answer your request and to publish your review.
Your data is not used to send marketing emails or messages and is not sold to third parties.
3. Sharing with Third Parties
When a new order, custom software request or review is created, a message is passed to a third-party notification service called CallMeBot so that it can send us a WhatsApp notification. That message contains your name, your email address, your telephone number if given and a summary of the request.
If you consent to statistics cookies, visit data may be transferred to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel. Without consent these services are not loaded.
Beyond that, your personal data is not shared with any third party; it may only be shared with the competent authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.
4. Retention Period
Account and order records are kept for as long as your account is open; when you ask for your account to be deleted, the records are deleted too. Invoice and accounting records subject to a statutory retention period are outside this.
Form requests and reviews are kept for a reasonable period after they are handled and are deleted on request.
