01General
What exactly is Dijilab?
An AI system that runs your company's digital work. Brand, design, content, web, SEO and advertising move in one panel; your company memory, your jobs, your plans and your measurement live there. It works on a monthly subscription, with no commitment.
Who is it for?
Small and medium businesses, startups and personal brands that want to grow digitally without building a team. Produce it yourself, or leave production entirely to the system.
Who is behind it?
A team of thirteen AI specialists and a panel that holds your company memory. Strategy, production, measurement and reporting all run inside the same order.
Can't I just use AI myself?
You can; but SEO, advertising and consistent output each take their own expertise. Dijilab brings them together in one system with a memory that knows your company. What you get is not a tool; it is the work run end to end.
02How it works
How many companies do you work with at once?
There is no limit. Dijilab is a product: you open your account, pick your plan and use your panel. There is no quota and no waiting list.
What if my competitor uses it too?
Each account has its own panel, its own data and its own memory; nothing is shared between accounts. You cannot see what a competitor does, and they cannot see yours.
Does it matter where I am?
No. Everything lives in the panel: your jobs, your files, your approvals and your measurement. It works the same way from anywhere with an internet connection.
Can I run my meetings in the panel?
Yes. The panel's Meeting Room screen holds the plan, the agenda and the outcome together: what was said is recorded, decisions turn straight into work, and no "but we agreed…" argument is left over.
How do I send my files? Some of them are large.
Dijilab has fast file transfer built in; a small application is installed on your computer and files flow straight through it. Heavy video, print files, raw images — no wrestling with email attachment limits. Every file you send is attached to the job record, so you never have to go looking for it again.
How does one person do all this?
The work is split across thirteen AI specialists: strategy, content, design, SEO, advertising, data, reporting and the repetitive work all run separately. They share one company memory, so nothing has to be explained twice.
When do we start?
The day you create your account; the panel opens with a setup flow and starts learning your brand. The first piece of work is usually ready to go live within the first week.
03Pricing
Will I pay separately for the panel?
No. The panel is not sold separately; it comes with the product. There is no licence and no per-seat price — you pay the monthly product fee and the panel is part of it.
How is the fee decided?
By the scope of the work. Every brand needs something different: one needs only social media, another needs its whole brand and website rebuilt. So there are no ready-made plans or list prices; prices are written on the site: monthly for the four products, one-off for Store items.
Is there a commitment?
No. It runs month by month. If you don't want to continue, you stop; your brand's memory and everything produced up to that day are yours.
04Dijilab
What exactly is Dijilab?
The system you run your work in. Your company memory, your jobs, meetings, files, approvals and all measurement from SEO to advertising live there. You take a membership and the panel opens the same day; there is no setup or team to wait for.
What is company memory for?
Your brand decisions, content and past work are kept permanently. Every new job starts from accumulated knowledge rather than from zero; the longer you use the system, the better it knows you. This is exactly what you lose when you switch tools or teams.
Does AI do the design too?
No. Production is done by the AI team; the final say is yours — every job lands in the Approval Center first. The AI team researches, gathers data, measures, reports and runs the repetitive work. No system decides how your brand looks.
Who approves work that goes live?
You do. Nothing is published without your approval; the final say always stays with you.
05Support
Who do I reach if something goes wrong?
Start in the Help Centre under your topic; if that doesn't solve it, open a support request from the widget at the bottom right. Subscriber requests take priority.
What are the response times?
Support requests are answered within the same business day; critical cases (your site is down, for example) go to the front of the queue.
